Check-in

All the teams have been checked in, except Austria 2 and Poland, who still didn’t show up. Several teams are already filling sandbags.

Everybody is waiting for the General briefing and curious about the starting order.

The organisation seems to expect many spectators, the carpark can hold a couple of thousand cars… We wonder how many will remain at the moment the gasballoons leave.

Also on the program: hotair balloons, although we don’t know yet how many there are going to be. After all the gasballoons have ascended a candlelight will be held in the enclosed area of the ‘Saline’. We should manage to take beautiful pictures of that event too...
